MEXC Account Locked - Risk Control Error, No Access
For the past two days, I have been unable to perform any transactions on my MEXC Exchange account (UID: 85647***) due to a “risk control” warning. I cannot withdraw funds or open new positions, and I was also unable to manage my open position, which resulted in a loss of 1,000 USDT. Additionally, I cannot access the remaining 990 USDT balance currently in my account. This issue began immediately after receiving the risk control warning, and it is the first time I have experienced such a problem. The same restriction applies on both the mobile app and the website. Despite contacting MEXC customer service multiple times, I have not received any response. I have completed all the required verification steps, including photo, invoice, and identity verification, yet the issue remains unresolved. I request compensation for my financial loss and the return of the balance in my account, and I kindly ask that my issue be resolved urgently.
I received an unbelievable email saying the process will take 30 days, they're saying they will hold my money for 30 days. This is unbelievable, with what right do you hold my money for even 3 days? No one should use bad exchanges like yours. Disgraceful.
