MEXC Balance Of 16.45 USDT Suddenly Disappeared After Password Reset

On August 25, 2025, at around 23:53, the 16.45 USDT balance in my MEXC account suddenly disappeared. At that moment, I mistakenly entered my screen lock password three times incorrectly, which forced me to perform a password reset. After resetting my password and logging back in with the same email address and phone number, I was shocked to find that my account appeared completely empty.

My balance no longer shows up, and even my transaction history has been wiped, as if I were a brand-new user. This makes absolutely no sense since all of my personal information is up-to-date and fully verified.

I immediately reported the issue to MEXC customer support, but I have yet to receive any response or explanation. This delay in addressing the issue is unacceptable, especially when customer funds are at stake.

I am requesting that my missing 16.45 USDT be restored to my account immediately, along with a clear explanation of how and why this error occurred. A reputable trading platform should not allow balances and transaction histories to vanish simply because of a password reset.
