MEXC Account Under Review for Over a Month — Unable to Access $1,000 Balance
On September 28, 2025, an account review titled “control mechanism inspection” was initiated on my MEXC mobile app.
Even though I submitted all the requested documents completely and without any issues, I still cannot use the approximately $1,000 balance in my account, even though more than a month has passed. Every time I try to log in, I continue to receive the same control mechanism warning, and despite the stated review period being over, nothing has changed.
My account is registered to [email protected], and I am logging in from Ankara. I request that the process be expedited and that my account be reactivated—otherwise, I ask that my balance be refunded to me.
