Mexc Failed to Return My 20 AVAX Deposit Despite Charging 20 USDT Fee
On August 17, 2025, at 14:55, I transferred 20 AVAX from another crypto account to my Mexc account (ID: 6684**4). The transaction ID was 0x468a51b18dff6468*8245a7f3ce2d1d. Despite several days passing, the AVAX never appeared in my Mexc wallet balance.
When I contacted Mexc customer support, I was told that I had deposited an unsupported crypto network and that a refund would be processed within 1–2 business days. They also required me to pay an additional 20 USDT fee in order for the refund to proceed. I made this payment, yet no refund has been issued and no progress has been made.
This situation has caused a significant financial loss, since 20 AVAX is worth roughly 500 USDT. What makes it worse is that the system allowed me to deposit through a network that Mexc claims is unsupported, without showing any warning or preventing the transaction. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and directly caused my loss.
I am demanding that Mexc immediately refund my 20 AVAX or credit the equivalent value to my account, and that proper system warnings be implemented so other users do not face the same issue. My registered email is [email protected]. I expect urgent action and resolution.
