MEXC Profit Not Showing After Closing Trades — Why It Happens and How to Fix It
For the past two days, I’ve been experiencing a serious issue while trading on the MEXC exchange. When I open and close trades on several different coins, the full profit I earn is not being credited to my account. For example, even if my profit shows as $1 when closing a trade, only $0.20 is added to my balance — and sometimes I receive no profit at all, or even see a deduction from my funds. This has never happened before, and I’ve incurred about $10 in losses because of it.
I place all my trades through the mobile app. The email registered to my account is s***@hotmail.com**. I am not receiving any error messages or warnings. I also haven’t been able to reach MEXC customer service and I’m not sure how to contact them.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that my missing profits be refunded, and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent this problem from happening again.
