I have been a user of the MEXC exchange since 2025, and my account was suddenly restricted under the vague reason of “account under review.” At first, the restriction was set for 1 month, but later it was extended for another full year without any explanation or justification.
During this entire period, I contacted MEXC customer support multiple times, but I received no clear response or solution. Every time I reached out, I was only told that they could not help me. I was never informed why my account was placed under review or what steps I could take to resolve the situation.
As of today, my account holds approximately 205,000 TL. Because of the restriction, I cannot perform any trading, withdrawals, or even basic access through either the website or mobile app. I have not violated any rules or engaged in suspicious activity, yet I am completely blocked from my funds.
I am demanding the immediate return of my principal balance. If necessary, MEXC may deduct any profits gained during this period, but my original funds must be refunded without further delay. Holding a customer’s money for over a year with no transparency or explanation is unacceptable.
