On September 13, 2025, at 05:25 AM, I deposited 3,000 TL into my MEXC account using the mobile app. Shortly after, I canceled the transaction. However, despite the cancellation, the money has not been refunded to my bank account.
It has been more than 2 hours, and I am still waiting. I contacted MEXC customer support, but instead of providing a clear solution, I keep receiving vague and repetitive responses that do not resolve the issue. I already provided them with my bank transfer receipt and IBAN details, so they have all the necessary information to process the refund.
This delay has caused serious inconvenience. I urgently needed the money to go to the hospital, but since the refund was not processed, I was unable to do so.
I demand that MEXC immediately refund the full 3,000 TL back to my account without further delay. Holding customer funds after a canceled transaction is unacceptable and creates unnecessary hardship.
