MEXC Signup Bonus Not Received? My $20 Reward Never Arrived

I registered with MEXC on November 3, 2025, and completed the identity verification process. A $20 signup reward appeared as issued to my account; I received notifications both by Hotmail and within the app. However, the reward has not been credited to my balance and cannot be used.

Thinking that maybe I needed to make a transaction first, I opened a $10 futures trade, but I lost that amount as well, and the reward still hasn’t been added to my account. I did not receive any error messages or see any commission deductions.

My user ID is 5421**01. I request that my $20 signup reward and the $10 I lost during the trade be credited to my account.
