MEXC Froze My Account for Risk Analysis Without Proof — Requesting Refund
On October 12, 2025, my MEXC account was frozen without any prior warning. I had a balance of approximately $863, and all of my open trades were already closed. After the freeze, I only received a message stating that a “risk analysis” was being conducted. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me to wait and provided no clear explanation.
Since I have a significant balance in my account, this situation has caused me serious inconvenience and financial distress. I request that my account be reactivated immediately and that my funds be refunded. My account is registered under the email [email protected]. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
