MEXC Futures Trade Wiped Out My 1500 USDT Balance Before Liquidation Level

On August 29 at 09:39, while trading the NUM/USDT pair in futures mode on the MEXC mobile app, my balance was completely wiped out before even reaching the liquidation price. My account balance of approximately 1500 USDT instantly dropped to zero, and the funds are no longer visible in my account (ID: 35377157).
This is the first time I have ever encountered such an issue, and it is extremely frustrating. A liquidation should only occur once the position actually hits the liquidation level, but in this case, my funds disappeared prematurely without justification. It feels like a serious system error or unfair practice.
I have not yet been able to reach MEXC customer support, but I am requesting an urgent investigation into this matter. My missing 1500 USDT must be restored immediately, and a clear explanation should be provided as to why my account balance went to zero despite not crossing liquidation.
Traders should not lose their funds due to unexplained platform errors. I expect MEXC to resolve my complaint promptly, restore my balance, and ensure this type of issue does not happen again.
