I’ve been using my Dyson V15 vacuum for about four months after its warranty expired. Over the past two to three weeks, the carpet brush head has started working intermittently — sometimes it spins normally, and other times it doesn’t rotate at all. The issue doesn’t appear under any specific condition; it happens randomly every time I use the vacuum. Apart from the carpet head, there are no other issues or performance problems with the device.
So far, I haven’t contacted any service centers or sought assistance. I purchased the product directly from Dyson’s official website, and I live in Kayseri, Turkey. My details are as follows:
