Dyson V12 Vacuum Shuts Off Intermittently – Warranty & Customer Service

I’ve been using my Dyson V12 for about a month and I’m experiencing intermittent power cuts. The unit is still under warranty and was purchased from Dyson Türkiye’s official website. The problem doesn’t occur every single use, but the vacuum randomly shuts off, then restarts when I charge it and try again. I’ve already performed a detailed cleaning and tested after a full charge, yet the issue persists.

When I contacted customer support, I was asked to show the fault on a live video call. Because the shutdown happens unpredictably, it’s very hard to capture it on demand, which makes resolving the case difficult. I also noticed other customers reporting similar issues online, which suggests this may not be an isolated defect.

Given that my warranty is active, I do not want to suffer further inconvenience. I’m requesting a warranty repair or shipment of the necessary spare parts (e.g., battery/main body component) to resolve the random power loss.
