Dyson V12 Filter Warning, Low Suction, and Charging Issues

I’ve been struggling with my Dyson V12 for a while now. The vacuum keeps showing the "filter warning" message, and the suction power keeps decreasing. Even after I received a replacement unit, the same issues quickly resurfaced. It seems like this model has a factory defect. I reached out to customer service, asking for an upgrade to a higher model. After sending the vacuum for service, it was returned supposedly cleaned, but the same issues persist: filter warnings, low suction, slow charging, and the battery drains fast. Additionally, dust keeps accumulating in the motor area, which is completely unacceptable. We’ve tried everything to fix it, but the problems won’t go away. Dyson, please take real action and resolve these issues promptly.
