The dust container seal of my Dyson V11 cordless vacuum came off, and I’ve been unable to use the device for about 15 days. When I tried to purchase a replacement dust bin, I found that it’s out of stock, and the price keeps increasing. The spare part that initially cost ₺1,500 is now ₺2,500, yet it’s still unavailable. I’ve been checking regularly, but it never comes back in stock, and the price continues to rise.
When I called the authorized service center and Dyson customer service, they told me that the part is out of stock and that there is no service center in Tokat, where I live. Although aftermarket parts are available online, I only want to use original Dyson parts. My serial number is G2S-EU-PAA4611A.
It’s truly disappointing that a company as large as Dyson struggles so much with spare part availability, and that prices continue to rise even while the item remains out of stock. My research shows that many other Dyson users are facing the same issue. I urgently request that the original dust container be restocked and that my issue be resolved quickly. I also ask Dyson to stand behind its products and find a permanent solution to this problem.
