Unauthorized eDreams Prime Subscription Charged My Card Repeatedly
As a user living in Türkiye, I used eDreams only to purchase an airline ticket without creating a membership account.
However, after entering my credit card information on the website, an eDreams Prime membership was activated without my knowledge or consent, and membership fees were charged to my card three separate times.
Approximately $9 was charged each time, for a total of approximately $27. Most recently, on April 28, 2026, I noticed another charge on my card statement listed as “e dreams Prime m Barcelona Es.”
I attempted to cancel the membership through the mobile application and believed that the cancellation had been completed. Despite this, another charge was still withdrawn from my card afterward.
Because I never intentionally requested this membership and because the charges continued even after I attempted to cancel it, I feel seriously misled and financially harmed.
My request is that the full approximately $27 unfairly charged from my card be refunded completely, and that my eDreams Prime membership be permanently canceled so that my credit card is immediately disconnected from this subscription and no further charges can ever be made.
