I’m incredibly frustrated with Dyson and how they’ve been handling my broken V15 Detect Absolute. The dust bin broke, and I reached out to customer service right away. They acknowledged the issue but told me I’d have to wait because the replacement part is out of stock. It’s been over 20 days, and I’m still waiting without a solution. Every time I contact them, I get the same scripted response: “We’ll send it once it’s back in stock.”
This is unacceptable for a premium brand like Dyson. How can such an expensive product have such weak spare part availability? I paid a high price—₺—for this vacuum expecting reliability and strong after-sales service. Instead, I feel completely ignored and unsupported.
Dyson, you can’t treat customers like this. If you sell a product at this level, you must ensure quick and proper service. Stop making me wait and send the replacement part immediately. I won’t stay silent while you delay my warranty service.
