Through eDreams, I attempted to book round-trip AJet airline tickets for travel between Istanbul and the Netherlands, with departure on May 21 and return on May 24.
During the payment process, the system continuously displayed error messages, so I believed that the transaction had failed and that no reservation had been completed.
However, when I later checked my İş Bank credit card activity, I discovered that two separate reservations had been created for the exact same flights, dates, and times — one legitimate booking and one duplicate reservation.
As a result, an additional approximately $340 was charged to my credit card for the duplicate booking.
I have been unable to find any real customer representative through eDreams. Their support system only provides AI-generated automated chat responses that repeatedly give the same answers without actually resolving the issue.
When I contacted AJet customer service, they informed me that because the ticket had been purchased through an agency, the matter had to be resolved directly with eDreams, effectively redirecting me back to them again.
My only intention was to purchase a single round-trip airline ticket.
Therefore, I request that the duplicate reservation created for the same flight be canceled immediately and that the approximately $340 duplicate charge be refunded to my İş Bank credit card as soon as possible.
