eDreams Customer Support Failed To Process My Flight Refund
I made a reservation through eDreams for a Pegasus Airlines flight from Ankara to Düsseldorf scheduled for May 22, 2026.
On the same day, I canceled my flight through Pegasus Airlines after being redirected there via eDreams.
During my communication with Pegasus Airlines, I was informed that the cancellation refund had already been transferred to eDreams on April 29, 2026, and that I needed to contact the intermediary agency, eDreams, for the refund to appear in my account.
Although I paid approximately $275 by credit card, no refund had been processed to my account by May 11, 2026.
When I log into my eDreams account, I only see a message stating that the refund has supposedly been issued and will be reflected by my bank, yet there is still no refund transaction visible on my credit card statement.

I have been unable to find any official phone number or email address through which I can directly contact eDreams. Through the chat box, I only encounter automated AI responses, and reaching a real customer representative is nearly impossible, making it extremely difficult to obtain accurate information.
Even though Pegasus Airlines clearly stated that the refund had been transferred to eDreams on April 29, 2026, eDreams provided me with no proper update or explanation until May 11, 2026.
Then, on May 11, I was told that the payment had allegedly been forwarded to my bank on May 9. However, there is still no visible refund reflected in my bank or credit card account.
I request that the payment be refunded to me fully and without further delay, and that eDreams provide a clear written explanation regarding the reason for this prolonged delay and lack of communication.
