I own a Dyson V11 cordless vacuum, and the dust bin has become unusable after a small internal part popped out of place. I reached out to Dyson support and did a video call with their team. Their response? “You need to replace the dust bin.” That sounded straightforward—but it’s been months, and I’m still waiting because the part is constantly out of stock.
What’s worse is that even though I offered to pay for the part myself, Dyson still hasn’t helped. The service center simply says they can’t supply the replacement, whether it's under warranty or paid out-of-pocket. That’s completely unacceptable for a product at this price level—₺—and from a brand that claims to prioritize quality and service.
How can a company as large as Dyson not have basic spare parts for a model as widely sold as the V11? I’ve been left without a functioning vacuum for far too long, and Dyson seems to have no urgency in resolving it.
Dyson, you need to take this seriously. Restock the part, complete the service, and start supporting your customers the way your reputation suggests. I want this resolved now.
