Cannot Find Replacement Parts For Dyson V11


I bought a Dyson v11 vacuum cleaner, and the dust collection part broke just one week after the warranty expired. When I contacted Dyson Turkey, they said they didn't have any replacements in stock and advised me to wait. However, months have passed and I have received no response. I checked the store every week, hoping for the replacement part to become available, but it has been unavailable for months. I'm left with a broken vacuum cleaner that I can't fix. I spent a lot of money on a higher-quality product and expected better support, but I got nothing in return. My faith in Dyson has been shattered as a result of this frustrating experience. If this problem persists, I will not use Dyson products again and will warn others not to do so.
