Unauthorized eDreams Prime Subscription Took €99.99 From My Account

Because I had previously purchased airline tickets through the eDreams mobile application, my Wise account information was already saved in the system.
On April 20, 2026, at approximately 12:14 a.m., €99.99 was withdrawn from my Wise account without my knowledge or consent under the description of an “eDreams Prime membership.” The transaction details show record number #3693181362.
I did not activate this Prime membership myself in any way, nor did I receive any notification, approval request, or transparent consent process informing me that such a membership would begin or that money would be charged from my account.
After discovering this completely unauthorized transaction, I contacted Wise customer support and was informed that I needed to communicate directly with eDreams regarding the refund request.
I have personally canceled this unwanted Prime membership from my side. However, I still demand the immediate refund of the full €99.99 that was taken from my account without my authorization.
I also request that eDreams conduct a proper investigation into this unauthorized membership activation and charge, and that the inconvenience and financial loss I experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
