Dyson V15 Defective Repairs and Ongoing Issues Despite 29.999₺ Purchase

I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner directly from Dyson’s official website for 29.999₺, yet I have faced constant problems since owning it. The rubber seals inside the dust bin frequently come loose, and in July, the main body of the device broke down. When I sent it to service, instead of repairing it properly, they replaced the original gray body with a copper-colored one that was deformed and clearly not in proper condition. I was told to continue using it like this until stock was updated, but even after two months, no solution has been provided. I feel completely misled and ignored by Dyson despite paying such a high price for what should have been a premium product.

Although the dust bin was replaced once under warranty, the seals have failed again, and a new case has been opened with no clarity on whether it will be replaced. My order number is 2702943152. I am extremely frustrated with the constant delays, lack of transparency, and absence of real solutions. At this point, I no longer want repeated repairs or temporary fixes. I demand a full refund for my Dyson V15, as I have been left without a reliable product and with continuous inconvenience. Dyson must take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately.
