My Volvo XC40 P6 Screen Keeps Shutting Off Every Day

Since the day I purchased my Volvo XC40 P6 electric vehicle, I have been experiencing a constant screen shutdown issue. I have been using the vehicle, license plate 09 AJE 809, for approximately three years, and this problem continues to occur every single day.
The screen suddenly shutting off on its own seriously affects both my driving safety and the overall comfort and usability of the vehicle.
Because of this issue, I have taken my vehicle to the authorized Akça Denizli Volvo service center approximately 9 to 10 times so far. During each visit, software updates were performed, but the problem was never permanently resolved and continued to reappear afterward.
Having to repeatedly take the vehicle to the service center has caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and ongoing frustration.
I no longer believe it is acceptable for a chronic problem that has existed since the day I purchased the vehicle brand-new to remain unresolved despite numerous repair attempts. For this reason, I request that Volvo replace my vehicle with a new one, as the current vehicle continues to suffer from recurring malfunctions despite repeated service interventions.
