Toyota Service Refused To Replace Faulty Windshield Wipers On My New C-HR

Approximately two months ago, I purchased a brand-new Toyota C-HR. On April 24, I took the vehicle to Toyota ASF Kartal authorized service for its 1,000 km maintenance inspection. During this visit, I specifically informed the service staff that the front windshield wiper was not functioning properly and that the wiping performance was poor.
However, instead of resolving the issue or replacing the wiper, the service representative claimed that the problem might be related to the length of the wiper blade and refused to perform a replacement. I cannot accept that a windshield wiper on a brand-new vehicle would have such a problem, nor can I accept the indifferent approach of the authorized service center toward this issue.
At the moment, the front windshield wiper still does not operate correctly and continues to provide poor wiping performance.
I request that the windshield wiper system on my vehicle be inspected under warranty and that the faulty wiper be replaced free of charge with the correct part so the windshield wipers can function properly and safely.
