To file a warranty claim for a broken Beko appliance during the warranty period, do the following:
• Review Warranty Terms: Read over the warranty terms that Beko plc gives you. The guarantee covers broken materials, parts, or mistakes in the manufacturing for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless the Manufacturer says otherwise in writing.
• Contact Store or Call Center: If your appliance needs service under the warranty, call your store or Beko's call center. For the UK and Northern Ireland, call 0333 207 9710 or 01 862 3411 to get in touch with the Call Center. They will walk you through the process of making a warranty claim and answer any questions you have about the guarantee's validity and length.
• Find Out What You Need to Know: Keep your receipt or other proof of purchase somewhere safe, because you will need it to file the warranty claim. Also, write down important information about your appliance, like the model number, serial number, information about the store where you bought it, and the date you bought it.
Make sure the engineer can easily get to the area around the appliance without having to move furniture or cabinets. You need to make sure the area is clean and safe so the engineer can do any repairs that need to be done.
