I purchased a Beko 683614 IE XXL refrigerator about five months ago, and I haven’t even finished paying the installments yet. The refrigerator has not been cooling for the past 10 hours, and I noticed this issue about six hours ago. I unplugged and replugged the machine, checked the settings, and contacted customer service. Since it was Saturday during business hours, I was told that technical support would be provided the same day, but no one ever called. Instead, they scheduled a service appointment three days later. During this time, all of my stored winter foods spoiled, and I had to throw everything away.
My refrigerator is still under warranty and also covered by an extended warranty and service contract, for which I paid a significant additional amount. This is the first time such a problem has occurred.
Because there is no on-call (weekend) service, I experienced serious inconvenience. I expected Beko to provide urgent service support and compensate for this loss. Professional service requires this level of responsiveness, but unfortunately, Beko failed to meet that standard.
