Beko RS 8034 Robot Vacuum Not Charging and Stopped Working
I purchased the Beko RS 8034 robot vacuum cleaner about four years ago from Beko. Recently, I started experiencing charging issues, and the vacuum has now completely stopped working. It only gives voice responses without moving and displays the error “set the power button to the on position.” I contacted the authorized Beko service center and they informed me that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced, quoting a fee of ₺6000. The product is out of warranty, and I do not have an extended warranty package. Until now, I haven’t faced any other technical problems and haven’t yet contacted Beko customer service. However, I find it unacceptable that such a high fee is being requested just for a battery replacement and that my vacuum has become unusable in such a short period. I request that my grievance be resolved by offering a fair solution and proper support. Otherwise, I will make sure to share this negative experience with others.

My product was not attended to, the authorized service did not call about the product, the product is at the authorized service and I am waiting for a response.
