Beko BM 4140 Dishwasher Leaking And Corroding Within One Month Replacement
My Beko BM 4140 dishwasher was delivered to me as a replacement about 20 days ago, and although the machine is not even one month old, it has already started causing serious problems. The device is leaking water from the bottom, and even after checking the water inlet hose, there is still leakage specifically from the lower right corner near the foot. In addition, the butterfly screw on the door area developed corrosion in just 30 days. I opened a service request through Beko authorized service today, but for a device that has shown this many issues in such a short time, I no longer want repair or part replacement. I am requesting a full product replacement instead. I do not want to constantly deal with malfunctions, and I believe this product is defective. I want it replaced with a new device of a different model—one that does not have a chronic issue. I request that the problems with this replacement product be urgently examined and that my grievance be resolved.
