Beko Deep Freezer Not Working — Warranty Repair Delayed for Weeks

On October 26, 2025, we purchased a Beko 7070MB Deep Freezer. The product is still under its manufacturer warranty as well as an extended warranty.

I called Beko Customer Service and opened a service request three weeks ago, but no technician has visited yet. I have already filed a complaint with the Ministry of Trade regarding the lack of service.

If Beko cannot provide proper service, why was I encouraged to purchase the extended warranty? It has been three weeks, and the service still hasn’t come. Every time I call, I am told that the request has been forwarded to the service team, yet no one ever follows up.

I request that Beko immediately dispatch a technician to repair the product or replace the unit if it cannot be fixed under warranty.
