Beko Coffee Machine Burned Out After 3 Months — No Froth, Burnt Pot, and Cord Damage

I purchased the Beko TKM8961 coffee machine about three months ago from an authorized Beko dealer. Starting in October 2025, the inside of the coffee pot darkened, the bottom burned, and these issues have continued repeatedly. In addition, the machine no longer froths the coffee, and most recently, the power cord burned.

The product was purchased under warranty, and I still have my warranty certificate.

So far, I have not contacted customer service or an authorized service center. However, I find it unacceptable that such serious problems have occurred in such a short time with regular use. I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement for my product.
