Beko 300 TR New Device Battery Drains Fast And Second Copy Not Printing

I have been using two Beko 300 TR devices at my workplace. One of them has been in use for about four years and works without any problems, while the second device, which I purchased approximately six months ago and is still under warranty, has serious battery and printing issues. When I fully charge both devices, the old device still has around 60% charge left at the end of the day, whereas the newer device’s battery is already drained by that time. In addition, the second copy that needs to be printed for work sometimes does not come out at all; I can say the device makes this error roughly once every ten operations. Because of these problems, I have sent the device to service twice, but it was returned to me each time with the same issues persisting, and I have not received a lasting solution. I am experiencing operational disruptions in my workplace due to the battery running out quickly and the second copy not printing intermittently. Since the device is still under warranty and these repeated malfunctions clearly show that it is not functioning properly, I request either a replacement of the device with a fault-free one or a refund of the device price.
