About one year ago, I purchased a Beko refrigerator model 983628eb7281620211 from Kılıçlar Mobilya, Bahçeyolu Cad., Esenyurt, Istanbul. From the very beginning, the appliance showed clear manufacturing defects—small pinhead-like spots visible on its surface. I reported this both to the store and to Beko’s authorized service center. However, neither the store, nor Beko, nor the service center accepted responsibility for the defect.
I then filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which ruled in my favor, ordering a product replacement. Despite this official decision, Beko still refuses to replace the refrigerator. Even when I contacted Beko customer service by phone, they only repeated the authorized service’s opinion and denied the defect, offering no solution.
My refrigerator is still under warranty, and I paid in full at the time of purchase. For nearly a year, I have been struggling with this unresolved issue. Even after exercising all of my legal rights, my grievance has not been addressed.
I demand that Beko immediately replace my defective refrigerator in compliance with the arbitration ruling and finally resolve this long-standing problem.
