Paid $7 for BeautyPlus Premium — Features Never Unlocked
While using the BeautyPlus editing app, I paid $7 USD yesterday for a Premium membership through Google Play. However, despite the payment, my Premium membership does not appear as active in the app, and I did not receive any error message.
Because I cannot access Premium features despite completing the payment, I have been negatively affected. The payment was made through my Google Play account linked to the phone number 0543013 and the email address y*********@gmail.com**. I have not yet been able to contact customer support in any way.
I request that the $7 USD charged for a service I cannot use and did not receive be refunded to me as soon as possible.
