Beko CEG 7348 X Defect: Espresso Machine Only Makes Cold Milk

I purchased a Beko CEG 7348 X espresso machine from Trendyol. For about a week now, the machine has been preparing cold milk every time I use it. I've followed all the steps in the user manual, cleaned the machine, and checked the settings, but the problem persists. The product is still under warranty, and my invoice number is 2TD2025000005687. I'm experiencing a problem because the machine's milk warming function isn't working properly. I believe this is a chronic problem, and since it's a defective product, I'm requesting a refund. If a solution isn't provided, I will also pursue other legal action.
