Fairy Platinum Plus Damaged My Dishes and P&G Failed to Fully Compensate

Hello, about one month ago I purchased two packs of Fairy Platinum Plus with 75 tablets each. The products reached me approximately one week later, and I had the chance to try them. When I used them, I experienced serious problems such as rust forming on metal items, cloudiness on glassware, stains, and detergent residue buildup.
I contacted customer support and spoke with P&G regarding these issues. They told me that based on the photos and videos I provided, the products were original, and that they would compensate me using the barcode numbers. I agreed. One of the packages had already been opened and tested, while the other one was unopened. They instructed me to destroy both products.
They told me that they would compensate by sending two packs of 75 tablets again, along with a free hand dishwashing detergent as a goodwill gesture. I agreed to this solution. This entire process took about 15–20 days, and the replacement products finally arrived today.
However, instead of the two 75-tablet packs I originally purchased, they sent me two packs of only 22 tablets each. When I informed them of this issue, they told me that they could not provide the full quantity and that this shipment was only intended as partial compensation. This was not what was explained to me during the first conversation.
At this point, I cannot return the product. Because I destroyed the original products as instructed, they are now saying they will not provide full compensation. I believe this is unfair, as I followed their directions exactly and was promised a different resolution.
