My Beko Refrigerator Keeps Breaking — Door and Unit Replacements Within 18 Months

About 15 days ago, I noticed frost buildup inside the rear section of my Beko D70506N refrigerator, so I contacted customer service to request repair service. The technician instructed me to unplug the unit for 48 hours and then resume using it, advising me to call again if the problem persisted. On November 1, the same frost issue reappeared, so I called the service again.
This time, they performed leak tests and confirmed that the appliance had a refrigerant leak, stating that the unit would need to be replaced. However, since the first service visit, I have been left without a functioning refrigerator, and as of November 1, it has been completely unusable.
All the food stored inside the refrigerator has spoiled, causing me financial and emotional loss. Additionally, this is not the first issue with this product — it previously required a door replacement, and now it needs a full unit replacement again. Within about a year and a half, I’ve experienced two door replacements and one full product replacement, and now another one is required. Since switching from a refrigerator of another brand (which I used for 15 years without any problems) to Beko, I have continuously faced issues.
My product is under warranty, and all previous repairs have been carried out under warranty as well. My authorized service receipt number is 5021*76**, and I reside in Buca, İzmir. It has been impossible to reach Beko Customer Service regarding this issue. Because the same problem keeps recurring despite multiple service visits, I request that a new replacement product be delivered immediately, and that my losses and inconvenience be fully compensated.
