I ordered the Beko Dem Deluxe tea and filter machine on 02.10.2024, but from the very beginning it has constantly been leaking water from the bottom just like in the video. Because of this, my wooden countertop has now changed color. The product was sent to service twice — the first time they said a part was replaced, and the second time they claimed there was no issue. However, I am still experiencing the same problem. For this reason, sending it to service again is no longer a solution for me; I am requesting either a refund or a replacement.
