Brand-New Beko Dryer Stopped Working After 10 Days — Drum Locked

I purchased a Beko KMX91 dryer just 10 days ago, and it has already stopped working due to a drum lock issue. The machine has been out of order for a week.

After the problem began, I contacted Beko’s authorized service center. The technician came, confirmed that the drum was jammed, and said, “Someone will contact you,” before leaving. However, three days have passed, and no one has reached out to me.

My product is still under warranty, and no service fees have been requested.

I am experiencing serious inconvenience because such a new product has failed so quickly and because the service team has not provided a prompt solution. I therefore request a full replacement for the product.
