Beko Fridge Motor Warranty Confusion - Discount Rescinded, Service Unhelpful
My Beko refrigerator broke down. The call center told me that the motors have a 10-year warranty, but the service center said that while some models are covered, mine is not. The service center initially said they were giving me a discount and reduced the quoted price, but a few days later, they called back and said there was no discount after all. They told me they could replace the part if I agreed, but if not, there was nothing they could do. Beko’s after-sales service is terrible. Their service center is full of unqualified people who seem more interested in making things difficult than helping customers.
