My Beko AC7030 Air Refresher Was Too Loud - My Return Request Was Rejected
I bought Beko AC7030 air refresher as a gift for my parents from Beko. We brought the product home and used it for only 2 hours, but my parents found the device too loud due to their age. For this reason, I wanted to return the product or replace it with another product such as air conditioner. When I called the store, they didn't approach me positively and directed me to customer service. Customer service was not helpful either, and the call center said the dealer should help. Although I called many times, no solution was offered. Moreover, the product had not even passed 24 hours and although I had the right to return it within 14 days, my request was rejected. As a justification, it was said that it could not be returned because the product was opened, but I also requested an exchange. I bought the product in cash for ₺8,000 and there is a 2-year warranty. My bill number: 002020. I haven't received a written answer so far. I do not accept that customer satisfaction is ignored in this way. I request a product return and a refund of the fee I paid. I expect an urgent solution to the issue. I would also like to point out that never buying products from a store that does not help in this way; I think that more importance should be given to customer satisfaction as a huge company.

I said I didn't like the product, they told me to send it to service or wash it for another solution. Big Beko didn't stand behind the product and didn't accept the return.
