I purchased a Beko BM6046BC dishwasher from the Piranlar store in Gebze, Kocaeli. From the very first day, the machine had problems washing the upper rack. I contacted the authorized service center, and the product was taken in for repair. While the upper rack issue was fixed, the door hinges were damaged during transport.
I had to file another service request, and I was told that hinge parts would be ordered and the machine needed to be sent back to service once again. However, I do not accept that a brand-new product under warranty should be taken in for service twice. I repeatedly requested a replacement unit, but my demand was rejected, and I was unable to reach any senior representative to escalate my case.
This problem has been ongoing for about three months, leaving me without a properly functioning dishwasher. All service operations were carried out under warranty, and I did not pay any additional fees. My customer number is 08502100888.
