Beko CM9120 Clothes Damage - Warranty Replacement Request
I bought the Beko CM9120 washing machine about a year ago. For the past month, the machine has been damaging my clothes, so I sent it to the service center. The technicians inspected it, took photos, and said they would replace the drum. However, my machine has been at the service center for weeks with no solution provided. Despite contacting them multiple times, I only hear “we have received your request,” but there is no progress. Even though my machine is under warranty, I am being left in a difficult situation and in 2025 I am forced to wash clothes by hand. I previously filed a complaint but received no result. I request that my machine, which I purchased brand new, be replaced with a new one.
