Wise is holding onto my money, not releasing it. How can I expedite the process?

Contacting Wise support directly is the fastest way to get your money released. You can contact them via the Wise app, their website, or Twitter or Facebook. Provide the transfer reference number (if available), any Wise hold communication, and proof of identity or address if verification is needed when contacting support.
The hold's cause will determine the next steps after contacting Wise support. Submit the requested documents quickly if it's an incomplete verification issue. For risk management or security holds, expediting may be difficult. Explaining the transfer's legitimacy to Wise support may help.
Wise may not be able to control recipient bank delays. They may be able to provide more information or contact the receiving bank for you. Stay proactive and communicate with Wise Support to resolve the hold and release your funds faster.
