On April 9, 2026, I made a money transfer of approximately $149 through Wise to my Mars wallet. On the same day, I canceled this transfer through the Wise application, and reference number #2067539357 was created for the transaction. Although Wise stated that the refund would be completed within 1 day, more than 2 days have passed and I still have not received any refund.
After experiencing this delay, I contacted Wise customer support. They continuously keep asking me for documents, and even though I have sent the requested documents multiple times, they continue sending the same emails repeatedly, unnecessarily prolonging the process without offering any concrete solution. This situation has caused both a loss of time and financial inconvenience for me.
I request that Wise immediately refund the approximately $149 related to this canceled transaction back to my Mars wallet without any deductions or further delays. I also demand a clear and detailed explanation regarding the disruption and inconvenience caused throughout this process.
