TransferWise Completed My €400 Transfer but the Money Never Arrived

On April 7, I made a money transfer of €400 through TransferWise to a bank account at Türkiye İş Bankası. My transaction reference number is 2063437707. Even though the application shows the transaction as completed, the money still has not reached the recipient’s account.
I contacted TransferWise support regarding this issue, but I could not receive a sufficient or satisfactory explanation about why the process has been delayed or where the money currently is. Both the recipient and I are experiencing serious inconvenience and uncertainty because of this situation.
I request that this transfer be urgently investigated and that the money either be transferred to the recipient’s account immediately or refunded back to me. I also demand a clear, detailed, and transparent explanation regarding the entire process and the current status of the transfer.
