Wise Duplicate Transactions Caused -€100 Balance in Sparkasse

On January 8, 2026, I made a €50 transfer via Wise to my Sparkasse account in Germany, and this amount was credited to my account. However, when I checked my Sparkasse account, the same transaction appears to have been processed three times, showing three separate €50 entries.

Out of these, only one €50 transaction was actually deducted from my account. The other two transactions are still shown as pending/negative, resulting in a -€100 balance. Because of this, I am unable to use my funds.

The Wise reference number for this transaction is #1860092777. I attempted to contact both Wise and Sparkasse customer support, but I could not reach any representative or explain my issue to anyone, and this problem has been ongoing for days.

I request that Wise and Sparkasse immediately cancel the two incorrect €50 transactions, remove the -€100 pending/blocked balance from my account, and correct my account balance. I also request a clear explanation regarding this issue and the inconvenience it has caused.
