On March 21, I attempted to send a payment of approximately $70 (2,275 TL) to a company via Wise. However, I canceled the transaction shortly afterward, so I expected the amount to be refunded to my ING Bank card. Despite the time that has passed, the money has neither been returned to my card nor have I received any clear explanation.
When I contacted Wise support, they stated that the funds are not with them. When I contacted ING Bank, they confirmed that the payment was successfully sent to Wise and even provided a transaction receipt showing the outgoing transfer. In other words, the bank claims the money was sent to Wise, while Wise claims they do not have the funds—leaving my money unaccounted for.
I have both the bank receipt and the transaction record. I request that the amount of 2,275 TL be urgently traced and refunded to my ING card, and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation regarding this issue.
