Valeria Game Asked for Extra Fees Before Withdrawal
On May 26, I submitted a withdrawal request for the balance of approximately $590 shown in my account on the Valeria Game website. During the withdrawal process, I was first told that I needed to make a payment because of a Wise transfer requirement. Later, I was asked to pay again for what was described as a "free IBAN activation."
As part of this process, I made one payment through Wise to an individual identified as İ** M**. I was then told that I needed to include a payment description, so I sent another transfer of $43 by bank transfer with the requested description. Despite making these payments, my withdrawal was never completed, and the money I sent was not returned to my bank account.
I request a full refund of all the money I paid during the withdrawal process. I also request that the approximately $590 balance displayed in my Valeria Game account be paid to me in full without any further delays or additional payment requests.
