Wise Cancelled Transfer Not Refunded to GCash

Today, I attempted to send 14,000 Philippine pesos through Wise to Mary Juliet Actub Coleto. Although the transaction was canceled in the Wise app, the money has not been returned to either my Wise account or my bank account. The transaction details clearly show that it was canceled, but there is no refund or credit reflected in my balance.

The transaction reference number is 2378881060. I also emailed Wise Support about this issue, but I have not received any response. I cannot access my money, and I have not been provided with any clear explanation about what happened.

I request that the 14,000 Philippine pesos from this canceled transaction be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible and that I receive a written explanation regarding the status of my money.
