Wise Transfer Missing After Bank Payment
On May 24 at 5:25 p.m., I initiated a money transfer through Wise. Wise instructed me to send the payment to a Fibabanka account belonging to Moka United, so I transferred $43 to the account provided. My Wise transaction reference number is #2150652139.
At this point, the money cannot be located. Wise claims that the funds have not been received, while Moka states that the money has already been forwarded to Wise. I have been unable to obtain a clear explanation from either party, and although more than a day has passed since the transfer, the issue remains unresolved.
The recipient is still waiting for this payment, and the delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request that Wise urgently investigate transaction #2150652139, locate the transferred funds, and ensure that the $43 is credited to the correct account without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of where the transfer is currently being held and why it has not been completed.
